Responsibilities
Service Sales :
Drive service sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the retrofit space for HVAC systems.
Energy Audits :
Conduct detailed energy audits and assessments at client sites, identifying opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiency.
Retrofit Solutions :
Develop and propose customized retrofit solutions to enhance system performance and energy efficiency, based on audit findings.
Client Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with end clients, industries, and consultants, acting as the primary point of contact for retrofit solutions.
Consultant Network :
Leverage a strong existing network of consultants and engineers in the Delhi & NCR region to drive sales opportunities.
Project Management :
Oversee the execution of retrofit projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proven track record in service sales and client engagement in the HVAC industry.
- Hands-on experience with energy audits and retrofitting for energy efficiency.
- Ability to interpret audit data and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network with consultants and end clients in the Delhi & NCR region.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC service sales, retrofit, or related fields.
- In-depth experience in conducting energy audits and providing retrofit solutions.
- Must be a resident of Delhi & NCR with an established network in the region.
- Mechanical Engineering degree is a must.
- Experience working with industries, consultants, and end clients is essential.
