<p>Description</p><p>Job title Sales Manager</p><p>Reports to Head of Division Aviation Process</p><p>Grade M1</p><p><br></p><p>Job location:INFOPARK ERNAKULAM</p><p>Job purpose</p><p>The primary function of the role is to develop new clients, new markets and reactivation of</p><p>existing customers. The role encompasses the full array of sales from generating new leads to</p><p>writing proposals, closing contracts and developing strategies and sales plans to expand and grow</p><p>the business. The employee is responsible to develop the trust and respect of each client to ensure</p><p>they are completely satisfied with the company and the delivery of the service. The role will</p><p>require the employee to focus on both medium and long term opportunities which will require</p><p>analyzing market dynamics and an understanding of our competitive position in order to</p><p>penetrate into new areas</p><p>Duties and responsibilities</p><p>Responsibility</p><p> Build and maintain thorough understanding of services offered by us.</p><p> Understand the target markets and build strategies which can be used to attract new</p><p>clients.</p><p> Using network and market intelligence to generate and maintain likely market trends and</p><p>competitor analysis to support market position strategy.</p><p> Develop and maintain strong customer relationships whilst being aware of the varying</p><p>customer cultures.</p><p> Proactively generate leads and sales opportunities.</p><p> Develop sales strategies, closure plans and commercial response to convert these</p><p>opportunities to revenue to hit agreed targets.</p><p> Produce and deliver high level presentations.</p><p> Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information</p><p> Demonstrate professionalism and value across all areas of the business</p><p> Work closely with colleagues or other internal teams on cross-territory opportunities</p><p>Skills Required/Preferred:</p><p> 4 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting</p><p> Excellent communication in English Both Written and Verbal</p><p> Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing</p><p> Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills</p><p> Experience in International sales is an added advantage</p><p> Experience in Aviation industry is an added advantage</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Education: MBA / Any Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%</p><p>Skills: Excellent communication skills. Negotiation skills would be added advantage</p>
