<p><strong>Department: </strong>Agency Channel</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting To:</strong> Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: All Kerala</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Objective: </strong>To develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel in the territory.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibility</strong></p><p><strong>1.Agency Channel /POS Development</strong></p><p>Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.</p><p>Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned location.</p><p>Coordinating with Operations team for pre licensing, training, and licensing.</p><p>Conduct induction training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respective POS.</p><p>Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents /POS.</p><p>Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.</p><p>Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.</p><p>Maintaining the high active percentage of POS.</p><p>Controlling Attrition of POS Agents.</p><p>Ensuring high productivity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.</p><p><strong>2. Channel Servicing</strong></p><p>Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same</p><p><strong>3. Profitability</strong></p><p>Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisation to cope up with the same.</p><p>Management of loss ratios.</p><p><strong>4. Compliance & Hygiene</strong></p><p>To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authorities.</p><p>Ensure internal compliance.</p><p>Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.</p>
