As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions</li><li>Knowledge of local market and customer preferences</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, service, and administration</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and service professionals</li><li>Monitor branch performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management review</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Handling end to end branch activities.</li><li>Able to handle team of Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Daily Sales records and promotions need to be taken care.</li><li>Must be actively participate in branch promotions.</li><li>Plan and Executive needs of the sales promotions in the branch.</li><li>Sales reports and Sale team will be active on daily basis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
