Role Description


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using this information to adjust sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports on team performance, market conditions, and business development activities for senior management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
  • Experience in promoting and selling high-end properties
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in real estate Industry .
