Establishing and leveraging a global network of HR and People professionals. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to define the ideal candidate profile. Crafting and refining an interview framework to enhance assessment quality while prioritizing candidate satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition and possess a deep understanding of the available talent pool. Proactively building a pipeline of highly skilled candidates to meet future organizational needs. Conducting CV screenings and interviews to identify promising candidates. Managing the offer process and successfully securing candidate commitments. Ensuring a consistently exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Demonstrating expertise in your specialized market, staying abreast of industry trends. Implementing contemporary sourcing and recruiting techniques to attract top talent. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruiter and backing of Tier 1 academic records will be desirable. Track record of recruiting for HR and People roles on a global scale Familiarity with various HR and People functions. Understanding of the organizational structures of multinational HR teams and departments. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Flexible mindset, adept at critical thinking and problem-solving.
