Job Description:


  • Manage institutional sales across the location and take appropriate measures to maximize the same
  • Ensure analysis of price trend of the market to take various decisions to improve on revenues and price positioning (prices/ contribution per tonne)
  • Identify appropriate sales mix to ensure expenditure on sales efforts in the state are in line with the budgeted figures devised by Regional as well as Cluster Heads
  • Establish robust collection procedure in place to minimize Accounts Receivable (Days of Sales Outstanding)
  • Design and execute compelling account based B2B marketing strategy to communicate brands differentiated proposition and drive customer loyalty and premium
  • Build strong relationship and network with strategic accounts to develop deep understanding of their current and emerging needs & wants to identify and capture value creation opportunities
  • Collaborate and forge strong relationship with cross functional teams to create effective and optimized marketing programs designed to support the annual business plan
  • Ensure accurate surveying of existing and prospective customers through ground level Sales Officers to estimate market size for the business year
  • Influence creative agencies to transform the quality and sophistication of the branding, communication & customer engagement programs.
