*Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in the beauty education sector. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, experience in the beauty industry, and a passion for education.

*Key Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. - Identify and engage potential clients, including beauty schools, salons, and individual professionals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. - Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our educational programs and services. - Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed decisions. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

*Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a Sales Leader or similar role, preferably in the beauty or education sector. - Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and educational programs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
