Roles And Responsibilities

Design and Architecture:

· Ownership of the complete Salesforce Cloud solution and architecture.

· Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

· Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.

· Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions.

· Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.

· Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.

· Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.

· Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.

· Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.

Implementation:

· Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.Com solutions.

· Oversee data integration and migration processes.

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

· Assist technical leads in performing hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required.

· Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.

· Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.

· Guide customers through solution deployment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

· Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

· Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.

· Salesforce Architect certification(s) preferred.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
