Job Description

As a Salesforce Engineer at Enfinity Global, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on the Project Lifecycle Management Tool leveraging on the Sitetracker platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Your expertise will be crucial in successfully deploying Sitetracker and becoming the owner of the platform in the future to drive efficiency and support our growth in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the implantation and adoption of Sitetracker.
• Customize and optimize Sitetracker, to meet business needs.
• Serve as the global administrator for Sitetracker, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.
• Oversee master data management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive post-go-live success by monitoring performance and implementing continuous improvements.
• Provide internal support and training to Sitetracker users, addressing issues and ensuring high user adoption.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce connectors and integrations with other systems.
• Utilize Salesforce Builder to create and customize applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain APIs for system integration.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using Salesforce in a professional setting.
• Expertise in Salesforce connectors and integration tools.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and document business requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Extensive experience with API integration and development.
• Proficient in using Salesforce Builder for application development.
• Experience in the implementation of new software solutions.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience managing master data and data lakes.
• C2 level proficiency in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Knowledge of Sitetracker is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure).
• Certification in Salesforce (e.G., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
