<p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>Title: SAP - Business Development Manager - SOUTH</p><p>(Candidates from locally working in India Region)</p><p><strong><u>Location: Seeking Local Candidates ONLY from BENGALURU </u></strong></p><p></p><p>Essential:</p><p> Pipeline building & and size, aging, and quality</p><p> Midmarket/Upmarket customer reach</p><p> IT Sales IT Services& ERP Knowledge</p><p> Focus on Customer Satisfaction & Retention</p><p> <strong>7 -12years experience in ERP Solution & Licenses Sales ( Preferably SAP Rise with s4 Hana)</strong>sales as well as IT solutions and services sales of which at least the <strong>last 5 years have to be in ERP Solution sales</strong></p><p> Fluent inoral and written English</p><p> Familiarity with issues & and challenges related to Medium Businesses.</p><p> Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</p><p> College degree in Business Administration, Marketing MBA or BCA or MCA Btech/B.E or Any Professional Degreeor related experience</p><p> Should have good exposure in sellingthe following</p><p> <strong>SAP Sales, Products, and Services (SAP) selling experience in India.</strong></p><p> Candidate must be working/stationedin ERP Sales for at least the last 5 years</p><p> Excellent in qualifying and pursuing potential opportunities to closures</p><p> Should have good experience in writing proposalsor responding to RFIs,Request Proposal Request (RFP)</p><p> Candidate with experience in Tenders & Bidding is an advantage.</p><p> Candidate must be from the Business solution or Business sales consulting</p><p> Must have worked on at least INR 6 Crores revenue targets in India</p><p> Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce or any other CRM</p><p> Experienced Individual contributor withhunting role and closing ofdeals experience.</p><p>Job description:</p><p> Responsible to work with lead generation specialists and ensure required MQL and SQLs are achieved from them</p><p> Nurturing various MQLs to Opportunities and the closures</p><p> Achieve all parameters of the sales life cycle SQLs, Opportunities, Number of Deals, Order Booking targets and Revenue targets</p><p> Create& Implement micro level sales strategiesto achieve desired sales results</p><p> Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals</p><p> Has to work in team with various marketing , sales , presales, delivery and other organizational functions</p><p> Generate weekly sales and lead generation reports to the management for weekly reviews</p><p> Account Management - Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans</p><p> Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals</p><p> Responsible for building a strong network / relationship with clients (especially international).</p><p> Should have skills to aid in proposals, power-point presentation & documentation.</p><p> Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.</p><p> Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.</p><p> Act as a Individual contributor carrying Opportunity and Order Booking Target</p><p> Should also generate SQLs individually as Sales Hunter role</p><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><p>Any Graduate</p>
