Primary Responsibilities: Should possess SAP FICA knowledge for preparing business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, test cases, etc. Should have knowledge of the Meter to Cash Should have experience in FICA Dunning/Collection Strategy and managing dunning by collection strategy. Experience in configuring FICA Events and BRF. Strong knowledge of clearing strategy, and clearing rules. Experience in Cash Desk and clarifications. Strong knowledge of month-end and period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration. Experience in the de-regulated/Regulated energy market. Develop templates and methods to improve the efficiency of application support Gather and prioritize relevant SAP Business requirements and design the appropriate solution Understand configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Device Management, CS/CRM, Billing and design and troubleshooting in the area with this knowledge Defines test scenarios to cover the full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, Master’s in Business Administration or degree in Finance or equivalent degrees. At least 5+ years of experience in SAP application Should have a minimum of one full life-cycle implementation experience Should have mature inter-personnel and communication skills, both written and oral Additional Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency with MS Visio, Word and Excel, and incident management tools. Conceptual understanding of relational databases and middleware technology. Basic understanding of SaaS, and cloud computing.
