The director of operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company.Position Title: SAP Functional Test ConsultantsLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full TimeExperience Level: 3+ yearsAbout the RoleDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Lead a team of SAP testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing test deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs. Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and ensure timely and effective communication of testing results and status updates.Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and standards. Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Total years of experience 3-8 similar activities.
