Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Good understanding of business processes pertaining to Plant Maintenance as part of domain knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA from SAP PM module perspective
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects mainly into designing and configuring PM module.
• Well versed with Plant Maintenance processes such as Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, Repairs, Scheduling, Maintenance plan, Equipment, Functional Locations, Assemblies, BOMs, Measurement Points Classifications, Orders & Notifications, catalogues
• Thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Equipment Master, Equipment BOM, Task List, Functional Location, Work Center, etc)
• Knowledge of Batch Management and Serial Management Functionality is added advantage
• Cross Functional experience with FICO, MM, QM, PP, SD, etc
• Well versed to use FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and international client.
• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in PM or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of EAM is an added advantage.
• SAP QM, DMS Knowledge is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of third-party tool interface is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
• Zeal to learn new things.
