Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions;
identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support project
- Master data management for PP & QM module.
- Issue resolution & end-user support for PP & QM call resolution
- Successful Implementation of Planned Projects
Experience and Education:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle implementation in SAP PP & QM as well as in support projects.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in designing and configuring PP & QM modules.
3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
4. Strong knowledge of cross functional module integration. Ex.- (PP-QM,FI/CO-PP, SD-QM,,SD-PP, MM-PP,MM-QM ,ALE, IDOC).
5. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
6. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
7. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a"can-do" attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
8.Bachelor's degree is a related field is mandatory.
