What you should have?

Must Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience as Project Manager 8+ years with ability to manage complex projects across geographically dispersed locations.
• Exposure to Traditional, Agile and hybrid projects.
• Experience within CPG Commercial function (Sales, Marketing) managing digital transformation and initiatives.
• Technology Stack
• Expertise in managing projects related to SAP (primary) , CRM, or Salesforce automation
• Functional Exposure (good to have)
• eCommerce, D2C, Revenue Growth Management, Omnichannel Retail, or Digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent and assertive in verbal communication able to manage tough stakeholders, product owners and team members.
• Excellent presentation skills for C Suite reporting (should reflect in crispness of CV)
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Middle East as required by the project (good to have).
• Certifications:
  
• PMP or PRINCE II
• & Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Good to have attributes:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the CPG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

What you will do?

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Delivery:

1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects for a CPG company, with a focus on Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing) digital transformation.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Agile and Scrum Practices:

1. Function as a PM, facilitating project planning, execution & project scope.
2. Embed agile methodologies & hybrid set-ups within the project management process ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to development.
3. Drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
2. Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.
3. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the project delivery.

Technical Expertise:

1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of CPG marketing, sales, omnichannel, eCommerce, Route to Market strategies to guide project direction.
2. Ensure the effective integration of technology solutions to enhance consumer engagement and optimize sales channels.
3. Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.

Risk Management:

1. Identify potential risks to project success and develop effective mitigation plans.
2. Ensure a consistent approach to risk management across all commercial projects.
