Mandatory Skills: (MUST HAVE SKILLS) Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Time & Attendance module Proven track record in the implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central Time & Attendance (minimum of 3 projects/implementations). Strong stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in managing and configuring shift planning solutions, preferably with Atoss experience. Knowledge of Time Management and its integration with other systems. Understanding of global template design of Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll. Familiarity with Role Based Permissions and Job Profile Builder in SAP SuccessFactors.

Optional Skills: (GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS) ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow) Agile – Knowledge & way of working Experience with other workforce management solutions and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors. Skills in SQL, JavaScript, C, C++, PHP, and HTML for custom integrations and data migration. Understanding of project management and resource planning in the context of HRIS systems. Awareness of the latest trends in workforce management and the ability to apply them to enhance value creation and competitive edge.

Roles and Responsibility: Provide technical support on Success Factors Employee central Time & Attendance As the EC Time & Attendance would be integrated with a shift planning tool (by ATOSS), an attitude to learn and support the shift planning tool Collaborate with project / delivery team on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs, further, to provide operational support post go-live Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by the to be formed Company's System Management team Provide technical expertise in resolving issues Responsible for compliance & governance, support in making of the system mgmt. relevant documentations Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template. Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English. Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
