Support Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve functional issues reported by end users Whether its a reconciliation hiccup or a mysterious ledger entry you'll be on the case. Enhancements and Customizations Collaborate with developers to finetune existing configurations or create custom solutions Maybe its time to streamline that approval workflow or add a nifty report. User Training Patiently guide end users through system features ensuring they are confident and efficient. System Health Checks Regularly assess system performance identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Documentation Keep things organized document configurations processes and any unique workarounds. Processes to be known. Customer creation. Noninventory invoicing free text invoices. Payments in and out i.e the settlement of AP and AR payments. Collections. Bank reconciliation. Fixed assets. GL Journal transactions. Basic VAT reporting. Basic Month end closing. Automation of vendor payment process. Accurate posting of foreign payments. Improved rate of automatic settlement of customer payments. Automated bank reconciliation. Advanced VAT reporting. Vendor invoice matching and approval. Customer invoicing of inventory items. Inventory evaluation. Issued customer invoices imported as lines in a Journal with a debt on the customer and credit on a main account Lines include an invoice no and VAT.
