Overview:
The Outreach Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Expify’s presence in schools across Mumbai. The main responsibility is to set up meetings with school principals, leveraging your existing connections and building new ones. We are an experiential counselling company that takes school and high school students for various experiences to help them make a more informed decision about their future!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies:
- Identify and engage with potential partner schools, focusing on setting up meetings with principals.
- Arrange for MentorMatch sessions at the institutions.
- Stay in touch with the admins after the initial session to arrange for a career tour.
- Leverage your network to establish connections with educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators.
Drive Program Participation:
- Promote Expify’s services, highlighting the benefits of our experiential learning and career guidance programs.
- Utilize various communication channels (social media, email, phone) to reach target audiences.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track outreach activities and prepare reports on engagement and impact.
- Set and achieve outreach goals in alignment with Expify’s growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or business development.
- Existing connections with schools or the ability to quickly establish them.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and career counseling.
