Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher with expertise in both Physics and Chemistry to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver captivating content adhering to CBSE standards, nurture students' understanding of physical and chemical sciences, and promote analytical thinking. This role involves teaching both Physics and Chemistry for classes 8, 9, and 10.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute engaging Physics and Chemistry lessons for grades 8, 9, and 10. Ensure lessons are aligned with CBSE standards and promote a deep understanding of physical and chemical sciences. Lesson Planning: Develop structured lesson plans that adhere to CBSE guidelines. Integrate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Plan hands-on experiments and practical sessions to enhance learning. Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records. Identify areas where students need extra help and provide targeted support. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Implement classroom rules and procedures to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Encourage respectful and collaborative interactions among students. Parental Engagement: Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' performance and development. Involve parents in school activities and events to strengthen the home-school connection. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest educational trends. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources. Participate in school-based and external training programs to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications: Founder Level: 1-3 years of experience, with a Postgraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry and a B.Ed. Strong foundational knowledge in Physics and Chemistry and effective teaching strategies. Master Level: 4-8 years of experience, with a Postgraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry and a B.Ed. Proven track record of success in teaching Physics and Chemistry at the secondary level. Developer Level: 9+ years of experience, with a Postgraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry and a B.Ed or M.Ed. Extensive experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and educational leadership.

Screening Process: Written Test:

A subject-specific exam assessing proficiency in Physics and Chemistry. Proficiency Test:

Conducted via Microsoft Teams. Teaching Demonstration:
