Job Description || Amazon Marketing Services Experience - 1 - 2 Years Industry - Retail/Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace advertising strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc., to achieve business objectives and targets. • Conduct in-depth research on marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. • Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including keyword research, ad copywriting, creative asset development, and campaign setup and optimization. • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to align marketplace advertising efforts with overall marketing and sales strategies. • Stay up-to-date on marketplace platform updates, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt advertising strategies accordingly to maximize results. • Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and growth. • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes and maintain profitability. • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace platform representatives and advertising partners to leverage promotional opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. • 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace advertising, with a proven track record of success. • Certified AMS professional. • Knowledge/working experience of Helium 10. • Deep understanding of online marketplace platforms and advertising tools. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Ads platform, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, or similar. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry landscape
