GST
- Filing of GST Returns on Monthly basis
- Filing of annual GST return
- Preparation and collation of sales data
- Maintaining data for claiming ITC
- Cross-verification with GSTR2A on periodic basis
TDS
- Making TDS payments on monthly basis
- Coordinating and collating data for quarterly TDS returns
ROC
- Maintaining and collating data for all the ROC compliances
Book keeping
- Proficiency in Tally including cost centers
- Purchase, Sales & Journal Booking
- Reconciliation Bank, Vendor & Customer
- Finalization of Books of Accounts
- Coordinating with auditors for solving audit queries
Other duties / requirements
- Coordinating with Auditor for timely finalization of accounts and submitting data to government authorities
- Calculating salary on monthly basis
- Compliances of all the necessary labor and other laws including PF, PT, ESIC, Shops and Establishments etc.
- Income tax knowledge for maintaining records of individuals as well as the company
- Communicating and submitting necessary documents with various authorities and institutions.
