We are looking for a Business Analyst to collect requirements, develop user stories, and verify that our healthcare application migration project meets the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare IT projects and be able to thoroughly document current and future system requirements.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives. Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet business needs. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including current project processes and workflows. Analyze and document the current system, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on business and technical analysis.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare IT projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience in the USA healthcare domain is a plus.
