We're looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and helping us improve patient outcomes.
About VaidyaRx:
VaidyaRx is a pioneering digital health platform committed to enhancing the follow-up care of patients by closely monitoring their medication adherence, side effects, and prescription compliance post-discharge. Despite the availability of excellent healthcare facilities and doctors in India, the lack of a comprehensive system for managing prescriptions and patient education post-hospitalization often leads to high re-hospitalization rates. Our platform aims to close this gap, ensuring better patient outcomes through proactive and data-driven care.

Position Overview:
As a BI Analyst at VaidyaRx, you will work closely with various departments to analyze and interpret complex data sets, develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. If you have a strong analytical mindset and are passionate about healthcare, this role is perfect for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Analyze data trends and patterns to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data reported in BI tools. Data Management:
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate and manage data sources. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with business units to understand their BI needs and provide solutions. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Project Support:
Support data-driven projects and initiatives that align with VaidyaRxโs strategic goals. Assist in the development of business cases and reports for new initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in Relational Database (SQL/Python)
Expertise in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Python will be added advantage
Experience with data visualization best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelorโs degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field in institutes like IIT and top engineering institutes. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
5 - 7 years of relative work experience in data visualization tools especially should have handled data of patient data, hospital data or prescription data.
