The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and define business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives.</li><li>Conduct thorough business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.</li><li>Conduct impact analysis and assess potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, providing insights and recommendations.</li><li>Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business analysis discipline.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.</li><li>Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with data modeling and visualisation tools.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are highly desirable.</li></ol><p><br></p>
