Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Development and a passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Market Expansion: Identifying and targeting new international markets for student recruitment or institutional partnerships. This may involve understanding regional educational trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments. Partnership Development: Building and nurturing relationships with overseas educational institutions, including universities, colleges, and language schools. This can involve negotiating agreements, creating joint programs, and exploring new collaboration opportunities. Client Acquisition and Management: Working with students and educational institutions to understand their needs and preferences. Developing customized solutions and programs to meet these needs, and managing the entire process from initial contact to final placement. Marketing and Outreach: Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services and the educational opportunities available. This could include digital marketing, hosting information sessions, and attending education fairs. Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that all activities comply with local and international regulations related to student visas, accreditation, and educational standards. Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing strategies to increase market share and achieve business goals. This might involve setting targets, forecasting trends, and analysing performance metrics. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of business development professionals, coordinating with other departments (such as marketing, admissions, and support services), and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and educational consultants. Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring and analysing performance data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on progress to senior management. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve processes, enhance service offerings, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the overseas education consultancy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of B2B, study abroad destinations, universities and programs (specially UK). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
