Roles & Responsibilities Analyze industry, market trends and consumer behavior for respective category Leverage the above and develop product roadmap & long term go-to-market strategy Managing product portfolio - pricing, promotions and inventory to optimize category performance Ownership of P&L, Sale planning (enablers), Inventory Management & Marketing to achieve goals, Product NPI Collaborating with various teams like product development, marketing, sales and to identify and implement new products, services and marketing Stakeholder Management - HQ team, Quality, Sales Channels, Marketing, Finance, SCM, AS and CS

Eligibility Criteria 7+ years of experience post MBA Deep understanding of Indian market and consumer behavior Good communication skills and deep understanding of marketing and sales principles Strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency in presentation skills and relationship management
