Senior Consultant - Info Security Engineer(IAM)

• Provides technical expertise for development, design, deploy and systems integration across multiple project implementations from definition phase through implementation within IAM
• Identify areas of improvement in performance and stability for the applications and then come up with solutions to improve the same. Proactively identify issues and provide with solutions.
• Independently work on design, development, coding and testing activities. Ensure all the end deliverables are of high quality
• Work closely with Architects, Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure that strategy aligns with the business value and direction of the enterprise.
• Triage the identified defects and come up with an effective solution. Research and provide or validate the implemented solution before doing a production release. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as well as remediation steps to prevent future occurrence
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the project team. Conduct training of other team members. Guide and mentor team junior members from a technical perspective to ensure quality delivery of the components. Works cross-functionally with business teams to help resolve pain points and reduce manual work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Should have a total experience between 10 to 13 years. And more than 75% of this experience must in the IAM space including internal and external IAM technologies and implementation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
• Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, to multi-task, and to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Must have good business acumen
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with people at all levels
• Confidentiality of sensitive information is required.
• Hand on development & Integration experience in External and internal IAM tools like OKTA and SailPoint.
• Cloud knowledge especially AWS is a must .
• Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP
• Strong on Object oriented concepts and Design pattern knowledge
• Strong development experience in J2EE and Core Java
• Development experience on JavaScript, Python, Beanshell .
• Should have worked on Web Services, MVC framework like Spring Java persistence framework like Hibernate .
• Good knowledge on SQL. Should be able to write complex queries as and when required.
• Sound knowledge of Markup languages like XML and / or JSON .
• Good to have some experience in React JS, Node JS or Angular JS
• Good understanding of Application server like Websphere or Weblogic
• Knowledge on Versioning tools like GIT, CI & Build tools like Jenkins, Maven, Bit Bucket
• Good to have certification in any of the above-mentioned tools
