Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Lead

VNB Consulting Services , a Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) headquartered in New Jersey is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 expert to join its growing Apps and Integration team. Looking for well-rounded candidates with hands-on experience developing applications using Power Platform and implementing/migration for the Dynamics CRM solutions to Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities include the following: Perform CRM configuration, integration with external systems, and data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 online and on-premises based projects. Participate in full-lifecycle development based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and. C#, NET. Contribute to the company development best practices and D365 customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics 365-based projects. Support new or existing application development using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics technologies. Ability to adapt and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required skills include: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 online and/or on-premises. Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Data Verse, Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps. Excellent UI design skills. In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity model, security-model, and web services. In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Xrm framework. Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the D365 API, REST/ODATA, Javascript, and web service endpoints. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve D365 customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server development will be considered a plus. Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills. Good experience in agile methodology using either Azure DevOps or any similar tool is desirable. Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable.
