This role requires a Mid-Level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the waterproofing chemical industry. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our waterproofing chemical business in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in the waterproofing chemical industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of waterproofing chemical products and technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Highly motivated and target-driven.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team.</li></ul><p>Building Material Industry Knowledge - Construction Chemical, Pipe, Door, Tiles, Chemicals Division (If knowledge can negotiate package).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee the entire Waterproofing Chemical Division, including sales, marketing, and operations.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new business opportunities.</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding waterproofing chemical products.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in waterproofing chemical technologies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
