What the process would be like:

Fear not, we won't ghost you! Our typical interview process has 4 stages:

  • Basic introduction round
  • Technical round
  • Round with all the co-founders (yup, that's us)
  • Final round – where you officially become part of the Beyond Ads tribe!


What you will be doing with us:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.
  • Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
  • Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.


Ideal Characteristics/Behaviors:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven work experience as a performance-driven Facebook Ads media buyer, with e-commerce-based accounts.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills – you're basically a data ninja.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our awesome cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail – you spot things that others miss.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and advertising.
  • A proactive and growth-minded approach to work – you're not just here for a job;
