Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Front End Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front end development and a passion for creating user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing web applications. As a Lead Front End Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting and implementing solutions, and ensuring the technical excellence of our front end systems.
Qualifications :
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in front end development.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.Js.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex, etc.).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of front end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
