The manager will report to Head of Shared Services to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Additionally, the role includes the implementation new HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, support change management, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and candidate negotiations.Optimize the Employee Referral Program to enhance talent acquisition.Ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.Promote diversity and gender equality in hiring practices.Hiring Forecasting: Collaborate with division heads to anticipate and plan future hiring needs.Skills & Competency:Regularly assess and identify skill gaps to align job requirements with employee competencies.Develop and manage training programs to address skill gaps using both internal and external resources.Implement initiatives to groom high-potential employees for leadership roles.Establish mentorship opportunities to support professional growth through guidance from experienced mentors.Operational Management:Lead and support organizational changes, including role adjustments, KPI updates, and structural revisions.Oversee bonuses and incentives, ensuring they align with performance metrics and goals.Optimize HR software for accurate data tracking, reporting, and regulatory compliance.Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify and deploy technology solutions to automate HR processes, boosting efficiency and accuracy.Regularly assess and optimize HR processes, driving innovation and ongoing enhancements.Must have:Advanced Education: Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven track record of success. Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence others.Driven & Positive: A highly motivated, self-driven individual with a positive attitude, capable of inspiring and energizing teams.Leadership & Management: Strong team management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities as needed.Good to have:Strategic Vision: Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.Diversity & Inclusion Expertise: A strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices and the ability to integrate them into HR policies.Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and the ability to leverage technology for process improvements.Change Management: Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives within an organization.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive HR decisions and strategies.Industry Certifications: Additional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR.What will you get:Growth PathAt Prospecta, your career journey is one of growth and opportunity.
