Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Inside Sales Executive located in Pune. As a Sr. Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Your main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.


Job Description

Coordinate and support to staff in their day to day operations.

· Providing customer support by answering queries and resolving their issues.

· Keeping records of all Sales and Purchase and its documentation.

· Responsible for prepare of MIS reports, stock, Dispatch, SO and PO.

· Need to Interact with Principle companies like Dell, IBM, and Lenovo for getting commercials as well as to complete documentation.

· Communicating with customers and Vendor, making outbound calls to new/ Existing customers, and following up on leads.

· Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

· Maintain & Develop relationships with existing customers via Phone Calls and emails.

· Has to Coordinate with Vendor as well as customer for prompt delivery of materials

· Lead generation

· Need to maintain existing customer data base & regular follow up as well as future business.

· Responsible for end to end business operations.

· Arranging meeting with Client

· Responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships

· Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships to bring in

Repeated business, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities

· To demonstrate the key strategic account management for the key customers.

· Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goal.

· To manage the large Enterprise accounts end to end for high end cross platform sales.

· To design the solutions around various product portfolio.

· Accountable for managing the Sales (concept selling) in the assigned territories.

· Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the stiff targets.

· Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.

· Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing technical solutions & achieving delivery & quality norms.

· Able to handle assigned Enterprise level accounts, mapping all those.

· Designing strategy to penetrate into new accounts & retaining existing ones.

· Consulting Enterprise solutions, BI Services & Solutions, Cloud based Services & Solutions, IT security services & solutions, Networking services & solutions.

· Analysing customer pain points, generating potential leads & suggesting appropriate solution.

Education

UG:
B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Any Specialization, Computers

PG:
MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, Systems or Sales

What type of Candidates are we looking for?

Ø Candidates should have strong analytical skills.MS Office (Word and Excel) and basic SQL knowledge. Strong knowledge of Internet and Online Search.

Ø 2 to 5 years’ experience in IT/ Admin Industry & Customer Support
