Job Title: Senior Integrations Consultant (Regular US Shift) US Eastern Time (8 AM to 5 PM ET) Business Unit: WEM Reports To: Subra Mani ( ) Location: India - Remote (Regular US Shift) US Eastern Time (8 AM to 5 PM ET) General Scope & Summary As a Senior Consultant specializing in Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Integrations, you will be responsible for delivering customized software solutions that seamlessly integrate with the WEM product suite to meet customer-specific requirements. Under the direction of a Lead Consultant or Architect, you will develop customer-specific applications, perform rigorous testing, and ensure the successful deployment of final solutions. Your performance will be assessed based on billable hours and the successful completion of projects within scope and budget. Primary Role & Responsibilities Execute customer-facing projects in accordance with functional specifications or Statements of Work (SoW). Develop and code applications based on high-level specifications and logical processes, ensuring robust and efficient solutions. Communicate complex technical information effectively across all organizational levels, addressing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring project success and high levels of customer satisfaction. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core) , with experience in building and deploying enterprise-level applications. Strong understanding of ETL processes and practices, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions. Expertise in relational databases, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. In-depth knowledge of REST API principles, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange. Experience with CI/CD tooling and methodologies, enabling streamlined and automated deployment processes. Agile development experience, with proficiency in JIRA for project management. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Domain experience in Workforce Management (WFM), enabling a deep understanding of customer needs in this area. Education & Experience Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a relevant field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered. Why Join Us?
