We are in our 10th month of active operations and have grown +25% vs last monthAbout the PositionOwnership of Product Strategy- Design, Sampling, External Sourcing and Consumer Research· Assist the GM to Ideate, develop and execute end-to-end product strategy to enhance brand equity· Continuously conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify product growth levers and execute them· Continuously assess and incorporate best products lines from competitors and consumer feedback to ensure brand growthContent, Graphics and Social (Good to have)· Assist the team to Ideate and execute content that resonates with TFC’s target audience for Social Media, Performance Ads and website· Engage with the community across all social touchpoints in order to better understand customer needs and escalate insights based on feedback· Continuously analyse customer feedback and market trends to optimize and enhance the online presence and user journey· If possible, get in front of the camera and create engaging content for the brandThe Ideal Candidate· 2+ years of relevant experience in a Top Tier brand– We look for the intensity of experiences in the years and not the years of experience· A ruthless can do attitude coupled with a growth mindset – We are doing all that it takes to grow the brand, you shouldn’t be any different. · Strong understanding of how D2C fashion brands (the struggling ones) operate – ideally experienced in a Jewellery D2C brand, you have first-hand knowledge of best practices, growth levers and common pitfalls.
