About the Role:
With a combination of leadership, design expertise, project management, and international client interaction in the field of landscape architecture, the applicant will be responsible for managing both small and large projects as well as teams, overseeing project delivery in all its aspects, and assigning work. and in charge of producing landscape drawings and documentation for development and infrastructure projects. This includes preliminary and detailed design as well as the submission of tender drawings that include specifications, BOQ, and MOM.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a blend of creative design skills, technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills to successfully manage projects and deliver high-quality landscape designs.
- Demonstrable experience of applying current design standards, guidance and good working practices to the design of external spaces;
experience in Middle east is desirable with maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. - Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, contracts and tendering procedures.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive project success.
- Experience in the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and associated software for production of technical information.
- Experience in the use of Adobe design suite (Inc. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for production of graphics and reports and application of BIM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
- With minimum of 8+ years of Professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
- An excellent knowledge of primary Software such as. Revit, Civil 3D, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus.
