Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Summary of Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who has hands-on experience in building end to end machine learning models & GenAI workflows on GCP Vertex AI. Fetching data from Bigquery and other data sources to design and develop machine learning models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Gemini, and Keras. Strong knowledge on major Regression/Classification/Forecasting/Unsupervised learning and Natural Language processing algorithms. Experience in Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Computer Vision, State of the art BERT based models. Leverage CI/CD & MLOPs best practices for successful deployment of developed models and automation of ML pipelines & monitoring. Preprocess and prepare image and video data for model building and deployment in GCP env. Use GCP Gemini multi-modal models & opensource LLM's to build various solutions and usecases. Fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs for specific tasks and applications, should be aware of LLM frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex. Customize an LLM / Foundation models using supervised tuning, Reinforcement learning human feedback, Distilling in GCP. Integrate advanced AI technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and function calling to enhance LLM capabilities. Knowledge on Vertex database like GCP Matching engine. Develop and implement evaluation metrics to measure LLM performance and effectiveness. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and GenAI technologies.
