Job Summary:


The Senior Manager/AVP – Franchise Operations will lead and manage the overall franchise business for the jewelry company. This role is responsible for expanding the brand’s footprint through franchise partners, maintaining high standards of brand integrity, and ensuring the profitability of franchise stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of franchise models, retail management, and the luxury jewelry industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Franchise Strategy Development:


o Develop and implement long-term strategies to expand the franchise network

domestically

o Identify and evaluate new franchise opportunities, ensuring alignment with the

brand’s vision and market positioning.

o Create financial models for prospective franchisees.


2. Franchisee Relationship Management:


o Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as the

primary point of contact.

o Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational excellence, including

product knowledge, customer service standards, and marketing initiatives.


3. Brand Integrity & Compliance:


o Ensure that all franchise stores adhere to the brand guidelines, corporate standards,

and operational protocols.

o Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, by working with legal,

finance and HR Teams


4. Sales & Profitability:


o Collaborate with the finance team to set appropriate franchise fees, royalties, and

payment terms.


5. Expansion & Development:


o Oversee the process of opening new franchise

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure a

smooth franchise onboarding process.

o Negotiate franchise agreements


6. Market & Competitive Analysis:


o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences in the luxury jewelry sector.

o Provide insights on emerging markets and develop strategies to capture market

share in competitive regions.


Required Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or

advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:
6+ years of experience in franchise management, preferably within the luxury or

jewelry industry.

Proven track record in managing multi-location franchise operations and driving profitability.

Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and marketing strategies.

Experience in working with international markets and understanding of local market

regulations.
