Key Responsibilities:

• Employer Relationship Management:
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure internship and job opportunities for students.
• Recruitment Events:
  Organize and coordinate on-campus recruitment drives and job fairs, creating a seamless experience for employers and students alike.
• Student Workshops:
  Conduct workshops and seminars to equip students with essential career skills, including resume writing, interview techniques, and more.
• Career Counseling:
  Provide personalized career counselling and guidance to students, helping them navigate job placement and career opportunities.
• Placement Tracking:
  Maintain accurate records of student placements and gather feedback from employers to continuously improve our services.
• Collaborative Integration:
  Work closely with faculty and other departments to incorporate career development activities into the academic curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for the job market.
• Industry Insight:
  Stay informed about industry trends and job market requirements to offer the most relevant advice and opportunities to students.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Master's Degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in placements, partnerships, or related fields.
• Skills:
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
