Key Responsibilities:
● Work on multiple projects related to growth charter of the organization
● End to end strategy as well as execution of charters handed over to the
individual
● Own projects, including full project management, creation and maintenance
of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
● Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically
day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains
● Implement robust tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the program's
performance
● Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights to drive category
growth
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology,
Product, Growth, Category, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and
successful program execution
● Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other
stakeholders

● Proven Experience in managing complex business processes/Programs at
scale, focusing on customer experience
● Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions

● Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in
time-critical situations
