Senior Manager It

Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to manage organization information and technology projects and operations. Primary responsibility will be managing projects of varying size and complexity from inception to launch across various technology operations areas (IT Applications & Infrastructure, Dev Ops and so on).

Responsibilities:

· Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software

developers.

· Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating

organization outcomes;
identifying problems;
evaluating trends;
anticipating requirement.

· Lead efforts in digital transformation, promoting the adoption of innovative technologies.

· Define, develop and document the overall solution/technical architecture, standards and best

practices.

· Providing technical guidance and support to the development teams.

· Responsible for end to end project management of business and operational applications

(PondLogs, Cloud, ERP, CRM, BI..).

· Preserves data, solutions, infra and assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up

procedures and information security and control structures, perform risk management.

· Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating

resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and

maintenance, involving all relevant stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive project

documentation, and ensuring technical feasibility.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

· Identifying future challenges in the IT landscape and developing mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

· Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of assigned

products in all stages of completion.

· Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

· Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal.

· Mentor and develop IT personnel.

· Directing IT staff recruitment and directly supervising employees.

· Prepares status/progress and budget reports for upper management Operating network / stakeholder network

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Requirements :

· A Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology / Computer

science

· 10 – 15 years of experience in leading IT teams in reputed organizations

· 3 to 4 years of project management in IT applications development projects.

· 6+ years of hands-on implementation experience in software development, web technologies

(NodeJs/ReactJs/Java/.Net) and cloud (AWS/ Azure).

· Experience of solution architecture designs.

· Strong Knowledge on various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns.

· Architecture Design, Project Management and Vendor Management experience is mandatory.

· PMP, Scrum Master, or other similar certification

· Significant experience leveraging Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, etc.

· Understanding of data platform architectures including APIs, ETL/ELT, and data storage

technologies

· Exposure to handling the AWS/Azure cloud support projects.
