Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, specifically in the AI and tech industries, and be adept at identifying and attracting top talent. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet business needs. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills. Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices in the AI and tech industries. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the AI, tech, or deep learning sectors. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency with ATS, , and other sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
