We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HANA Basis Administrator to join a leading medical device company based in East Coast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our SAP HANA environment to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This role involves day-to-day administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security and availability of SAP HANA systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA databases and associated components. Monitor and optimize SAP HANA system performance, including memory, CPU, and disk usage. Perform SAP HANA database backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning. Manage users, roles, and authorizations within the SAP HANA environment. Apply SAP patches, upgrades, and support packages to ensure system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HANA, ensuring minimal downtime. Work closely with SAP functional teams to support project implementations and system enhancements. Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for SAP HANA. Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct system health checks, database refreshes, and other routine maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and coordination of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
