Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist Job Type: Remote Years of Experience: 6+ Years Requirements: - Proven experience in Email-to-Case integrations and Lightning Flows within Salesforce Service Cloud. - Proficiency in developing and maintaining Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and Batch Classes. - Strong understanding of Entitlements and Milestone setups in Salesforce Service Cloud. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration Configurations, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, Queue Assignments, Auto Response Rules, and Organization Sharing settings. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain Email-to-Case integrations within Salesforce Service Cloud. - Develop and customize Lightning Flows to streamline business processes and user interactions. - Design and implement Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and Batch Classes to enhance system functionality and automation. - Configure and manage Entitlements and Milestones to ensure efficient customer service delivery. - Administer Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, and Queue Assignments to regulate user access and data visibility. - Create and maintain Auto Response Rules to automate email responses and improve customer communication. - Manage Organization Sharing settings to establish appropriate data access and sharing rules. - Develop, customize various Record Types, Record Pages and Page layouts.
