Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our innovative and fast-paced team. As a key team member, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications that meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements developed by front-end teams.
  • Work with Jinja templates for server-side rendering in Python web applications.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions (databases, caching).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
  • Document code, systems, and processes thoroughly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and technologies.


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Experience with Jinja templates for server-side rendering.
  • Front-end technologies:
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience building/integrating them.
  • Proficient with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.


Qualifications:


  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
