We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to drive direct sales and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and target new business opportunities within the manufacturing, utilities, R&D, and related sectors. - Develop strategies to reach key decision-makers such as operations managers, procurement officers, and project engineers. - Actively participate in industry-specific networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads.

2. Sales Pipeline Management: - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for direct sales efforts. - Utilize CRM tools to manage prospects, track customer interactions, and monitor the progress of sales opportunities. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management: - Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their workspace requirements and offering customized Furnisys solutions. - Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and site visits to educate clients on the benefits of Furnisys products. - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.

4. Industry Expertise & Product Knowledge: - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Furnisys' product range and its applications in various industrial environments. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations to offer tailored solutions. - Provide technical expertise to clients to demonstrate how Furnisys products meet their operational needs.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work closely with the design, product, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and industry trends. - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights into customer needs and support campaign initiatives.

6. Reporting & Analysis: - Regularly update and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market intelligence. - Provide detailed forecasts on sales pipelines and expected revenue contributions. - Analyze and adjust strategies based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and performance data.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial/technical direct sales within a B2B environment. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, or R&D. - Strong understanding of lean and ergonomic workspace solutions is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for managing sales activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual direct sales targets. - Growth of the customer base and repeat business within assigned industries. - Sales pipeline health (qualified leads, deal closure rates). - Customer satisfaction and retention.
