What you’ll be doing: Looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager hunting Anchor relationships in Supply Chain Finance products Playing a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential Anchor corporates, building relationships, and closing deals for vendor and distributors / dealer supply chain finance solutions Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close Anchor deals Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices

What will make you a great candidate: Qualified MBA from Tier 1 / 2 B Schools 7-12 years of experience in Lending preferably in the Supply Chain Finance product with reputed banks / NBFCs / Fintechs. Proven track record in Anchor hunting for Supply Chain Finance product in sectors like FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, other consumables) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events. Ability to hustle and have dynamic decision making capabilities Team handling
