The Role:

This Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide sales operations support for the European sales team. This includes bookings reporting, forecasting support, CRM classifications, funnel analysis, and commission calculations. This position collaborates with sales, operations, IT, accounts receivable and project management to ensure accurate financials for the European business.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly bookings reports.
  • Assist with the monthly bookings forecast process.
  • Analyze the monthly forecast variances to understand key drivers.
  • Be a point of contact for Regional Sales leaders for reporting & analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with the annual Global Plan of Sale (GPS) process.
  • Help maintain accurate data in CRM (e.G., customer & industry classifications).
  • Assist with monthly commission and bonus calculations for accrual & payroll.
  • Set up new sales personnel / teams in system based on staffing changes.
  • Assist with the creation of annual commission plan appendices as approved by sales management.

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Analytical Field
  • 5+ years professional experience supporting Sales organization.
