Droisys is seeking Senior SQL/.Net Developer proficient in SSIS and SSRS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer proficient in SSIS, SSRS, and C# to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of database management, data integration, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using .NET framework and related technologies.
2. Design, implement, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
3. Create and maintain SSRS reports for data visualization and analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and develop appropriate solutions.
5. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through efficient coding practices and database design.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development to drive continuous improvement.
8. Document code, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a .NET Developer with expertise in C# programming language.
3. Strong understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration.
4. Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for creating and managing reports.
5. Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL queries, and database design principles.
6. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.G., Git).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, or Azure.
2. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
3. Knowledge of advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.G., Power BI).
4. Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
